Myrtue Medical Center is not a “typical” rural hospital in Iowa. Thier integrated health care facility incorporates the Harlan, Avoca, Shelby, Elk Horn and Earling medical clinics as well as behavioral health, community health and most recently the Petersen Family Wellness Center and Lewis Aquatic Complex.

Hima is good about making discrete suggestions, but is very respectful of the client’s wishes. She has good ideas and enough experience behind her that what she recommends is usually very beneficial.
